Price and price changes
Price can change without notice on our site. We reserve the right to withdraw a fishing permit in the case of a wrong registration of price or other vital information or if there is by some means a double booking.
Payment methods
Fishing permits and related services can be bought on the site with a credit card through a secure payment gateway provided by Valitor.
Return and refund
Fishing permits and related services that are sold on the site are non-returnable and non-refundable. We can assist you in reselling or exchanging them if you can not use them for some reasons.
Terms and conditions of fishing areas
When buying a fishing permit the buyer should have acquainted themselves with the rules and the terms and conditions for that specific fishing area. Terms and conditions can be different between fishing areas and can change between seasons.
Delivery
Fishing permits are delivered electronically through email once we get a confirmation of a payment from the payment gateway.
Reselling fishing permits
Reselling fishing permits and related services is not permitted. Fishing permits that are bought are only valid for the buyer and his companions unless otherwise agreed upon.
Laws and venue
If a dispute is raised it will be handled by Héraðsdómur Norðurlands eystra.
